Rocknoll Energy Systems offers a wide variety of stoves that uses fuels that are readily available and cost efficient. |
Wood

A wood burning stove can be used to clear debris on forest floors. However, even when not collected yourself, wood logs are a rather inexpensive resource and can be purchased locally.
Rocknoll Energy Systems sells, services, and installs the finest brands of indoor wood burning stoves. Rocknoll sells and services industry recognized names such as Napoleon, Summers Heat, Flame, Countryside and more. We will help determine the optimum size and location of your stove as well as zero clearance, freestanding stoves, fireplace installations, etc.
We also service and sell Brunco add-ons in sizes from 100,000 BTU's to 180 BTU's or 1000 ft2 to 3000 ft2. The add-on unit sits next to your existing furnace. |
Wood Pellets

Wood pellets are a renewable resource, made of sawdust from lumber production and other wood remnants. Pellets are commonly used as supplemental heating in addition to your home's furnace, although they can be used to heat an entire house. Fireplace inserts and freestanding stoves frequently burn pellets, which are fed into the stove automatically. Pellets burn cleaner and result in no creosote buildup, resulting in a much safer fuel source. Pellet stoves require electricity to run; however, backup batteries can be purchased to run the stoves during power outages. Pellet stoves typically cost more than wood burning stoves. |
Corn

Corn burns cleaner than wood and does not require a normal chimney. Corn purchased for burning can provide local farmers with additional revenue. Most corn stoves also burn wood pellets with no changeover required.
We carry several brands including Magnum (Baby Countryside models), St. Croix, and Summers Heat. We carry both freestanding and wood burning stoves or funaces. |
